A digital agency that builds revenue for businesses, not just websites
For 13 years we have been building websites, online stores and web services for companies in Kazakhstan — from small businesses to corporations. We calculate the project economics before the start and charge only for what actually works.
We don’t sell hours. Before the start we work out which blocks and features actually drive leads and which can wait or be covered by an off-the-shelf tool. The estimate is built from priorities, not wish lists.
Only what matters
in the first release — the rest based on data
01
Prioritised by money
We rate every feature by its impact on revenue and the cost of building it. Only the top of the list makes it into the first release.

TOOLS
How we optimise the budget
A set of working tools, not abstract promises. Each one covers a specific line of project costs.
13 years of building digital for Kazakhstan’s businesses
We started in 2013 as a team of three building corporate websites. Today the studio has 30 people: analysts, designers, developers, marketers and support — all in one office, not outsourced.
We don’t take on a project unless we can see how it will pay off. But the ones we take, we see through to results and stay on for support — we have worked with most of our clients for more than three years.

Let’s discuss your task, no strings attached
We reply within 15 minutes during business hours. We’ll advise you even if you’re still choosing a contractor.
A landing page starts at 450,000 ₸, a corporate website at 644,000 ₸ on an Aspro ready-made solution and at 1,800,000 ₸ with a custom design, an online store at 990,000 ₸ on Aspro and at 3,500,000 ₸ on 1C-Bitrix. The final figure depends on the number of sections, integrations and language versions. After a short conversation we send a budget range, and after the analysis — a line-by-line estimate showing what you pay for and what can be removed without losing results.
A landing page takes 2–3 weeks, a corporate website 3–4 weeks on a ready-made solution and 6–8 with a custom design, an online store 4–6 weeks on Aspro and 10–14 on 1C-Bitrix. We work in two-week sprints: at the end of each one you see a working result, not a progress report.
An MVP with one scenario takes 8–10 weeks to reach the stores, a full iOS and Android app on Flutter 12–16 weeks, an app for an online store 12–14, a customer account 10–14 weeks. We send an exact feature-by-feature estimate within one business day after our conversation.
amoCRM for a sales department starts at 350,000 ₸ and takes 2–3 weeks, Bitrix24 with tasks, documents and 1C starts at 450,000 ₸ and takes 4–8 weeks. Website–CRM integration starts at 150,000 ₸, online store–1C integration at 280,000 ₸, process automation at 200,000 ₸. Vendor licences are separate, according to their price lists.
Comprehensive SEO starts at 250,000 ₸ per month, SEO for an online store at 350,000 ₸, Google Ads or Yandex Direct contextual advertising at 150,000 ₸ per month for management with no commission on the budget, an SEO audit at 120,000 ₸ one-off. You pay the advertising budget directly to the platforms.
Website UX/UI design starts at 600,000 ₸, mobile app design at 900,000 ₸, a clickable prototype at 250,000 ₸, a redesign of an existing project at 500,000 ₸. A logo, corporate identity and brand book are estimated separately after we discuss the task.
Website technical support starts at 60,000 ₸ per month, CRM support at 60,000 ₸, mobile app support at 150,000 ₸ per month. A one-off bug fix starts at 25,000 ₸ with free diagnostics and a 30-day guarantee. A one-year warranty on the code after launch is free.
Yes. The standard scheme is payment by stages: analysis and prototype, design, development, launch. For large projects we arrange monthly payments for completed sprints.
A budget range and timeline within one business day after a short conversation. A line-by-line feature estimate after the analysis, where we fix the scope, roles and integrations. You can take that estimate to another contractor too.
Because two corporate websites can differ threefold: the number of page types, integrations with 1C and CRM, language versions, design uniqueness. “From” is the price of the basic format described on the service page; anything beyond it appears in the estimate as separate lines.
An Aspro ready-made solution on 1C-Bitrix: a corporate website from 644,000 ₸ in 3–4 weeks, a store from 990,000 ₸ in 4–6 weeks, licences included. Custom development is needed when a unique design or non-standard logic matters — it is 2–3 times more expensive and takes longer. We’ll honestly tell you what suits you.
Analysis and prototype, design, development, testing, launch, support. The project has a dedicated account director who holds the whole context and a project manager who runs the sprints. All tasks, deadlines and decisions are visible to you on a shared board.
One account director for the entire project — not a go-between manager, but someone who understands your economics. When needed, we bring in the designer, team lead or marketer directly: we have no conversations hidden from the client.
For the first 30 days after launch, all fixes for issues on our side are free. After that — under a support contract with an SLA: urgent tasks are taken the same day, planned ones go into the next sprint.
With an hour-long conversation about the task: who the customer is, what stops them from buying, which systems are already in place. Afterwards we send a budget range and a plan for the first stage. Then comes analysis with a prototype, and design starts only after it is approved.
No. Analysis is our first stage: we gather the requirements, draw a prototype and write the document on which the estimate is based. If you already have a specification, we’ll check it during the analysis and add scenarios and edge cases.
One person with decision-making authority, an hour-long interview at the start and access to the systems we integrate with: 1C, CRM, payment gateway. Texts and photos if possible; anything missing we’ll prepare ourselves and show you for approval.
During analysis and prototyping — unlimited: revisions are free there, which is why we approve the structure and scenarios at that stage. After development, changes to the logic are handled as improvements under an estimate; typos and small details are fixed without question.
A test domain or staging environment is open from day one: you see the work in a browser, not in screenshots. A demo after every stage, and during development — every two weeks at the end of each sprint.
Yes, we run most projects remotely: calls, a shared task board, demos on a test domain. Our offices in Almaty and Ust-Kamenogorsk are for meetings, paperwork and training. We work across Kazakhstan and with companies from the CIS.
We handle the structure and drafts, you provide the facts and expertise. We can bring in a copywriter, translate into Kazakh and English, pick stock photos or arrange a photo shoot under a separate estimate. Products and prices for stores come from 1C or Excel.
Yes, only under a contract with a fixed technical specification, stages and deadlines. The contract sets out the SLA, the acceptance procedure and the handover of source code. We work with LLPs, sole proprietors and public procurement, and provide all closing documents.
You do. After the final payment we hand over all the code, mockups and access credentials. No lock-in to our platform or a subscription: the project can be handed over to another team at any time.
A one-year warranty on the code: errors not caused by external changes are fixed free of charge. We also guarantee loading speed and correct operation in current browser versions.
The launch date is written into the contract, and delays on our side incur a penalty. A demo after every stage and an open test domain mean you learn about any risk in advance, not on handover day. If the deadline shifts because of your materials or approvals, we record that in writing.
Yes, before discussing the details — on your form or ours. We use customer data, 1C exports and access credentials only for the project; after launch we hand the credentials over to you and delete them on our side.
Yes, stage by stage: you pay for the accepted stages and receive everything that has been done — analysis, prototype, mockups, code. With these materials you can continue with any other team.
They are registered to your company — the domain in your name, the hosting in your account. For landing pages we pay for the first year of hosting. If you wish, we include hosting and maintenance in the support contract with backups and monitoring.
By stages: prototype, design, development — you accept each one separately, and the next doesn’t start without your confirmation. Before launch we go through a checklist: forms, integrations, languages, speed, security, mobile versions.
1C-Bitrix for corporate websites and stores with 1C exchange, Aspro ready-made solutions for a quick start, Laravel for web services, portals and non-standard logic. We don’t use builders like Tilda: they lose speed, SEO and control over data.
Built-in exchange with 1C and Bitrix24, certified security, a lively market of specialists in Kazakhstan and updates from the vendor. For websites with 1C, Kaspi and CRM it is the most predictable option. When the logic is non-standard, we’ll suggest Laravel.
In most projects Flutter: one codebase for iOS and Android, design following Apple and Google guidelines, turnkey publication in the stores. We suggest native development when deep hardware access or platform-specific features are needed.
A website that installs on a phone like an app: an icon, push notifications, offline work with loaded data — without publishing to the App Store and Google Play. For customer accounts, bookings and portals a PWA is often enough; if a native app is needed later, the backend is already in place.
Yes: Kaspi Pay, Kaspi Shop, instalments and Kaspi Red, as well as Halyk, Freedom Pay and other payment methods. We test with real payments before launch. Your company signs the contract with the payment system, and we connect it using your keys.
Yes, both ways: products, stock, prices and orders on a schedule from every 15 minutes. Standard configurations via the built-in module, customised ones via exchange rules or an API. We also work with MoySklad, Prosklad and Excel exports.
Yes, we build RU / KZ / EN with a separate SEO structure for each language. We translate the interface and sections, the content is handled by you or our translator. Language versions are a separate line in the estimate.
Bitrix24 and amoCRM — we are certified partners of both systems. We connect Binotel, Sipuni and OnlinePBX telephony, messengers via Wazzup, website leads with source and UTM tags. If you don’t have a CRM yet, we’ll choose one to fit your team size and tasks.
Roles and access rights, encryption, backups, platform updates as part of support. For projects with personal data and regulatory requirements we host on servers in Kazakhstan; penetration testing on request.
Yes. We take on SEO and advertising for websites built by other contractors. We start with a technical audit: if the website hinders promotion, we’ll honestly tell you which is cheaper — improving it or rebuilding it.
Specific rankings can’t be guaranteed — that’s how the algorithms work, not the contractors. We guarantee transparent work, growth in targeted traffic and leads, and a monthly report showing exactly what was done and what it led to.
The first results come in 2–3 months, steady growth in 6. That’s why the minimum horizon is six months. Advertising brings the first leads in the first week after launch, but requires a budget for clicks.
The chain from ad to money: click → lead → deal in the CRM → payment. You can see which channel brings sales, not clicks, and what a customer costs. We set it up in 2–3 weeks, from 300,000 ₸, and switch off channels that don’t sell.
No. A fixed management fee, the ad accounts are yours, and you pay the budget directly to the platforms. Changing contractors doesn’t mean losing your campaign history.
No, if the move is prepared: a 1:1 redirect map, transfer of meta tags, a new sitemap on launch day and 4 weeks of indexing monitoring. A 5–10% dip for a couple of weeks is possible, a collapse is not; rankings usually grow thanks to the speed.

Our in-house team: analysts, designers, 1C-Bitrix, Laravel and Flutter developers, CRM specialists, marketers, QA and support. We don’t hand projects over to freelancers, so we are responsible for deadlines and quality ourselves.

WeMake.kz is a full-cycle digital agency with an office in Kazakhstan and 13 years of experience. We develop corporate websites, online stores, landing pages, portals and web services, implement CRM systems and set up integrations with 1C, warehouses, banks and logistics. Every project starts with analysis: we study the niche, competitors and the customer journey, and only then design the structure.
Over 300+ projects we have worked with the automotive business and dealerships, developers and real estate agencies, industrial holdings, banks and fintech, retail, the public sector and quasi-state companies. This experience means we don’t reinvent solutions: we know which scenarios in an industry actually bring leads and which blocks only inflate the estimate.
After launch the website is not left unattended: we run SEO, set up performance advertising, monitor loading speed and Core Web Vitals, develop functionality in sprints and maintain an SLA for support. Lead and deal analytics are collected in a single report, so budget decisions are made on numbers, not gut feeling.
We work under a contract with fixed stages and a transparent estimate that shows, line by line, what you pay for. If a task can be solved more cheaply with an off-the-shelf tool than with custom development, we’ll tell you so directly.
We’ll call you back within 15 minutes during business hours.
